Do you take on custom orders?

Which courier services do you use?

We use, Aramex, Auspost and hand delivery services in Sydney. We offer standard and express shipping.

We recommend you check the package for damages within 24 hours of receiving you order. Please include photographs of any damaged

Will I receive tracking information?

All orders delivered through Auspost and Aramex will receive tracking details automatically by email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our turnaround is almost the fastest in Australia, each product has an average time for completion on the page, please be advised that these are only estimates and during busy periods may take slightly longer.

Where are you located?

We are based in Yennora, Sydney NSW 2161 Australia. We do ship Australia wide on 95% of our products.

Do you offer Local Pickup?

Yes offcourse, if you’re after the fastest service, pickup is preferable at our Yennora Warehouse.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has just been placed, we will be able to cancel the order, although if the job is in production then we cannot cancel and/or modify the order.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

My item has arrived damaged?

Acrylics are fragile items and not toys. Please take care when handing these to avoid breakage. If you have received a damaged item, please let us know within 24hrs of delivery and send through some images, so that we can claim this back, and be able to send a replacement.

I have not received a confirmation email?

Please check your junk folder, most mockups are sent within 1 working day, if you still have not received your mockup, please email us at info@mountandeve.com.au

How should I hang my acrylic names and decor pieces?

Heavy products such as name signs or layered signs must be hung using 3M velcro strips. Incorrect handling will result in breakage and we cannot be held liable for this.

Lighter items such as quotes, one colour names and small shapes, etc can be hung using blue-tac. Ensure you’ve secured it properly prior to removing your hands.

My acrylics/raw wood look dirty?

Some items will still have a protective cover, either on the front, back or both. Some are a clear plastic and some are paper. Please peel these to get the final look. Please note timber work and some smaller items may show some light visible burn marks which is beyond our control.

How do I clean my pieces?

We recommend a lightly damp micro fibre cloth. Please DO NOT use any chemicals, as this can damage the acrylic.
